Here is a fun and surprisingly solid deck I've been playing lately. I know everyone plays FN-2199 but I wanted to try and throw a creative spin to him, so here is FN and a couple of beefcake bodyguards, aka The Muscle.
First off, just like any FN deck, it's weapon heavy. The idea is simple, have the Gamorrean Guards eat damage with Guardian as you get the weapon buffet on FN to do damage. Opponents will find it hard to defeat this deck as the three characters alone have 33 health. The Gamorreans will roll blanks along the way, not surprisingly, but this is where Deadly lives up to its name, I try to get one on each if at all possible because then it doesn't matter what they roll. I can take it back for 2 unblockable. Between Vibroknife, Deadly, and Backup Muscle, there is a TON of damage that is unblockable/ignores shields. If the VibroAx hits, then the shields are going away anyway. So like it or not, they are taking the damage - a LOT of it.
Imperial HQ and the Rebel War Room battlefield help us avoid having to pay resources for damage. One potential problem in an FN deck is getting resources, which is why there is an Arms Deal in here. It's come in handy to pitch a weapon or two I don't need, collect those resources, and then use it same round for a big play. Battle Rage is a sneaky card when the Guards are at 6 damage. If you hit that 3-for-1 side and exhaust Imperial HQ, Battle Rage turns that into 5 melee damage. Vibroknife in the pool = ouch. Bait and Switch can also help us turn some juice die sides from resources to big damage and instantly resolve.
Decent removal is also here. I switched out Electroshock for Flank but you can go either way. You'll usually always have more ready characters since you want to see what your opponent rolls for possible Guardian. Flank has more value as it can remove any die, Electroshock only 2 or lower. It's a fun combo of aggro with FN and control with the Guardians. If you play it. hope you like it!
