Honestly, I feel like Lando Calrissian - Galactic Entrepreneur fits a bit better here than Han Solo - Scoundrel but the idea with Han is to be a secondary threat should Hera Syndulla - Phoenix Leader go down and also to generate shields and protect Hera with Hold On!. Han also is a decent fit with his 2 resource sides.
Anyways, this is pretty standard Hera fare with supports and complementary events. No Lead by Example due to its cost and relative sluggishness in comparison to Partnership and Deploy Squadron.
The key combination here is using the Hera special to get a free Quadjumper out, rolling it in, resolving it, and then using the Quadjumper's action to get another support out at -3 cost. This basically is a roundabout way to legitimately do what some thought Quadjumper would do (discard from hand to play support at -3) and make use of its action without spending the three resources.
