Hera Syndulla - Phoenix Leader may have given Heroes a proper vehicles deck (Poe Dameron - Ace Pilot was too focused on weapons to count) and while we do not have anything quite as directed on the villain side, this is another way to make villain vehicles work.
This is inherently just a slightly modified take on krez's deck, substituting AT-DP for the second copies of Coercion and Electroshock. This is just for a greater focus on drawing and playing vehicles over the added control that second copies of those cards bring.
