This is a character wall meant to shield your fleet. I was trying to make a deck where no single character is important to your strategy.
Always mulligan until theres a tech team or rally aid in hand, play one or both with your additional resource from lando. Roll one character out as soon as possible, doesnt matter what it is, you just leave it in the pool for a negotiation die. You can typically have three paid for vehicles on the table by turn two. Its not uncommon for me to have all my vehicles out in a game.thats why theres only one copy of ghost and one of Black One since both are unique.
Try not to put a vehicle out with Heras special. You should only do that if you cant make any money during the round. But with two tech teams and a single rally aid, or two even, most of your vehicles wind up being free or super cheap.
Roll Jedi instructor after your other characters so you can use her ability to switch another character die to what she rolled.this is useful for turning landos die to his 3 resource side for one cost.
Besides delta7, patience is the only blue cars in the deck. Since a lot of people use Kylo2 now, i wanted this deck rainbow to throw more color guess protection into the mix. Theyll still likely guess red or yellow since you have a support deck. Patience is for the odd situation thats happened to me before where you have 8 vehicles on the table after your opponent has claimed and two unresolved character dice on the table and cant roll a single point of damage due to bad luck rerolls. Patience the whole fleet and ditch 8-10 cards from your oppinents deck to hopefully give you an edge.
