Ideally you want Appraise and LR1K Sonic Cannon in your opening hand. Roll resources with Lando, appraise out your sonic cannon, then use your rookies to pay for that six side.
Everyone usually focuses on Lando, but if you get a couple supports out, he's done his job, let your opponent use him as target practice. The rookies are what really make it work.
