Single Ezra is confusing. Why not use single jar jar instead for a free sound the alarm every round?

Ezra's stealing a resource is pretty potent, and with it essentially has 2 resource sides. Plus, Jar Jar can be forced activated which can be problematic in this deck as I'm putting all my upgrades on Ezra/JarJar.
