Question, how are you planning on winning the game? Mill or Damage? Cause from what I can see, the only ways that I can see you doing damage is through Hondo's special and V-1 Thermal Detonator. I can see this possibly being a mill deck, but if so, your opponent will likely just take the damage from hondo every time instead of giving you a resource. In conclusion, I would decide exactly how you want to win your games and go from their. This has a lot of potential though.

Yeah I wasnt really sure where I was going with this. I would swap a few things around if I was going mil. probably the same with going for damage. i dunno.
