I like the simplicity of this pairing.
Moderate removal options (from events, characters, and upgrades), and fun with bounties.
Pulse Cannon is a beast, if you save your resources for it.
Also have a couple of old favorite expensive redeploy upgrades for Enticing Reward or for a bit more value as overwrites on Gauntlet Rockets or Pulse Cannon just before your first bounty hunter dies.
