Yes!!! This deck looks very close the build I want. I want to retire my Vader/Raider deck for this. I would run Makashi Training could help. You need something to combo with Feel your anger. Now I am the master would be free with Binds. Isolation for more control. I think No Mercy is a great finisher.

I love the mono blue eVader/Royal Guard.

There are a few of your cards that I think are redundant. Even though you can't rely entirely on Vibroknife, I do think that it replaces the need for 2 intimidate.

Maybe replace with 1 Emperors Favor and 1 No Mercy?

@Enfantterrible Good points. Though in the event you don't see a Vibro or it gets controlled frequently, the Intimidate is always trustworthy against Han/Rey. YMMV.

I actually think No Mercy could be slotted in for 1 High Ground. High Ground looks great but from testing with it, against the likes of Poe Maz and Rey + whoever, claiming is real tough these days.

@DJRAZZ Yes! I agree about Makashi Training. Maybe a Rejuv or Manipulate could come out in its stead.

I agree High Ground is not right for this deck. I see the point on Intimidate. No Mercy should be an auto one include. Mind probe should be a one of as well. The Meta is getting very fast and people's hand sizes are smaller. One Immobilze and maybe one light saber for re-deploy in the late game.
