The idea behind this deck is to build up Palpatine - Galactic Emperor quickly with Sith Holocron and then when you have him beefed up, use the Nightsister's ability to reroll his dice to get the most damage you can from him. Then you play The Price of Failure on the Nightsister, to ready Palpatine - Galactic Emperor and do some more intense damage.
Feel Your Anger with Now I Am The Master seems to work nicely so far, but I might want to change that.
