This is a budget deck that should get close to some of the more popular Phasma builds. No baton, because I don't have any and I'm not willing to spend $30USD to get 2 of them. No holdout blaster either, cost too much. Should be able to remove dice or even attachments whenever needed and do enough annoying things to last long enough to deal some damage. Con Artist is just a jerk move. Nothing worse than having your resources thrown out.
