Super excited to try this deck out. The idea is to control everything that your opponent does. These two characters are studs and their abilities are always on.

Obi-Wan's Hut - Tatooine was chosen because it helps me but doesn't really harm me most of the time. As I play with this deck the idea is going to be to not let my opponent put anything out. If they get it out then we have Imperial Inspectionto put it back in their hand. This might be the only deck that uses Local Garrison. If you can get them down to 1 resource per turn and then continue to disrupt what they get their cards in hand will almost be worthless. There are a ton of sides in this deck. I would guess that almost everyone will go after Darth Vader - Sith Lord first. He seems to be the only threat. The Sith Holocron are in there to be able to get Thrawn - Master Strategistup and running if that is the case. With there only being 2 character dice I have included Chance Cube to allow for more resource generation. This card with Power of the Dark Side seems like it may be an awesome combo.
Boundless Ambition is in to get my 0 cost upgrades out as soon as possible. The game will go my way if I can get both Chance Cube and Sith Holocron out.

The use of Thrawn - Master Strategist is going to be the key to this deck. First turn my opponent will get 2 . It is unavoidable. So my answer to this is to activate Thrawn - Master Strategist first turn and say 2. Remove his best 2 cost upgrade. If the rest of his upgrades cost more then the resources will be disrupted by turn end and I will also know what is in his hand for next round if he keeps any. If I can get Local Garrison out first turn (fingers crossed) he will be able to do next to nothing for the rest of the game. This is the ideal first turn and I will be sitting across from a pissed off opponent. There is very little that can get rid of Local Garrison and most of the cards that can cost a lot of resources which my opponent will have none of. All of the upgrades are blue abilities to use with holocron.

I could talk about the ideas behind this deck for a while but let me know what you guys think.

I considered this myself. Im interested on how your playtesting goes. Personally id get a stronger win con. I coule be wrong but it seems as if even with your disruption hyper agressive decks could take this down fast of not pressured in some way. Frankly baby vader, new phasma/kylo, jango, cad, poe/maz etc can do fine even when poor and lacking a hand. Just my .02. Best of luck abd keep us updated!
