This deck has insane survivability. Put on hunker downs and armor and use guardian to stay alive. Then armed to the teeth before death or overwrite into Gaffi Stick for the redeploy. Hounds tooth is Key for generating resources. Activate it last. I believe this could be close to tier 1 if played smart.
