5 Dice start, what more can I say?
Based on classic rainbow control and weaponry with some updates from EaW. Relby is absolutely OP on Bala-Tik against other 3 or 4 character lists. I could cut down to 1x of it but..it has some really solid sides. Is Ciena Ree better than FN? Probably not. But a 5 dice start is scary as well- especially because Ciena has two resource sides to assist in paying for multiple guns. You will definitely want to aim for natural ranged sides as that can cause some issues but hopefully the new EaW weapons make that easier.
