i still think unkars ability to both discard cards whilst generating resources is worth a test
this could be elite ciena instead of plutt and prob should as plutt will be primary target
idea is to roll in and use unkars ability to generate enough resources to play out a vehicle at least a turn
testing buyout over endless ranks
