This is a concept and doesn't have the $100 worth of super guns in it because I don't have anybody to play against locally so this is what I'm willing to invest with at this time :D
The concept is to use the presence of ciena ree to give the impression that vehicles could be coming but the deck is built to ramp weapons on Cad really fast.
First action, roll Ciena and hope for at least 1 then play logistics on it. Then play an F-11 or another 2 cost weapon on Cad. After that play an LL on Cad with his ability and roll in 4 dice then ambush resolve the damage.
You can bait and switch any unneeded later round . The shortage on die removal is it weak point, but you should have a dead opponent character by early round 2.

the last card doesn't matter, maybe a die alteration card.
Please leave thoughts on the concept and comment on event or support alterations and I know the weapons are sub-optimal and I don't own Electroshock
