Aayla Secura - Jedi General and Poe Dameron - More Than A Pilot have a real good synergy and work really well together. Besides that I am playing Poe2 for a while now and when I saw Aayla, I was stoked to pair these two together.
The deck is all about damage and controlling the game. At the start of the game, you would like to mulligan for a Poe Dameron's Blaster and being able to play an event after to remove damage from your opponent. This is possible due to Profitable Connection. Starting with a Handcrafted Light Bow or Lightsaber isn't that bad either, because you are still able to get some resources through Aayla or Poe.
It happens that you don't get upgrades at the start of the game, and if you don't, but are able to pull Planetary Uprising, put that monster down and play around the battlefield.
