So this is the deck I went 4-2 with at the Adepticon Galactic Qualifier for Trilogies. Though I didn't take the whole event, my loses were close enough that I stand by my list.

So the deck runs the sub-theme of odd numbers, in line with all the Witch Magick and Spell of Removal stuff. Though I'm not running Mother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch, I really think that's some of the most potent stuff in the format.

A lot of the stuff here is pretty standard, so I'm gonna highlight my more odd-ball stuff:

BB-9E literally won me my game against Zach Bunn(which was a mirror). He's just extra damage and disruption on your opponent's die, he's gray so helps in the mirror, and he does work.

Kylo Ren's Starfighter is also for the mirror, but actually won me a game vs eYoda/Partisan/Partisan. It helps with the Kylo picks since it reveals the whole hands, but even turns bad picks(like turns I activate Kylo first) into useful information as I'll take the 1 damage I know vs the one I don't.

Remote Stockpile you don't get a lot of money in Trilogies so this is nice to have on the turns where you have some to spare action economy. It's gray which is nice too, but not gonna lie this is one of my more questionable picks.

Jedi Rival is sort of a bad card. However, I run it here for 2 reasons, it's odd(which again I need) and it is villain which I just plain need some cards to feel free to ditch for Anakin Skywalker - Conflicted Apprentice's discard. It's also useful against Rey - Finding The Ways as a consistent way of hitting shields but don't expect to run into that too often.

Invigorate Another odd card, another healing card. It also heals both characters at once, which can turn off those pesky damage based cards like Crackdown and is more useful against indirect damage decks.

As for the general strategy of the deck you usually mulligan for 3 things:

-Even Cards, since you only run 5 pulling even 1 or 2 out helps your odds on not missing a witch magic. Plus I don't think running into Doubt, the Ship, or the Crossguard Lightsaber is a bad start.

-Maul's Lightsaber. Pretty obvious why.

-Either a Crystal Ball or a Dark Counsel. Those cheap dice, are key for consistency with those focus sides, as well as enabling a spell of removal discard on your opponent's deck instead of yours.

Last tip is to roll out Kylo first rather than commit an upgrade at the beginning of the game. Too often I'd see people play a 2 drop upgrade only to regret it when they roll a payside or worse not have money up for removal. Plus if you actually roll out resources, you can resolve them to get out a Maul's(or Heirloom Lightsaber) on Anakin for his roll out.

Tourney went like this:

-eZeb/eYoda: Managed to eek out a T2 kill on Zeb thanks to some lucky rolls and some good Clash's. They forfeited shortly after.

-eTalzin/eKallus: Close match, my opponent managed to play around an early Maul's saber on Talzin but I killed her before it could turn into an heirloom. That and a few Witch Magicks sealed it.

-eYoda/Partisan/Partisan: I was worried about this match up the most, since I don't have any built in strategy for Mill. Luckily, I opened a Maul's, got it out T1 and managed to mitigate just enough of his character dice to avoid the Vandalize till I'd already done my damage to put the game in my favor. A Starfighter and a good Gray call closed it out.

-eKylo/eAnakin I was against a player of some renown and was admittedly nervous. We were keeping damage parity right up till Round 4 or so, when I managed to pull ahead, largely thanks to BB-9E's special messing with a few of his die. He was a great sport though and this was a blast.

-eAayla/eRose/Jar-Jar was the vehicle deck. I opened Maul's, went to work. It was real close(rose at 1 health left!) and I needed to roll damage on my Kylo's Starfighter(he was out of mitigation after mitigating my Anakin die for the turn) but I re-rolled it and a conusel die but wiffed on both. He rolled out a Fang Fighter and hit damage instead. Happens but great game all the way through.

-eAayla/eRose/Jar-Jar again, hoping to get revenge but things just weren't in my favor off the draw nor the rolls. Tried to use my Force Rend to hit his vehicles in this matchup and crawled my way back to get both Rose and Aayla near death. However I lost to a Force Wave that he ran and that's all she wrote for the day.

Considering I was 4-0 at one point, I think I still did well(Got a nice spot-gloss). In hindsight, the only thing I'd possibly change in the deck would be replacing the Force Rend with a Force Wave since seeing that card in action I wish I'd been running that instead. Also, the deck doesn't generate enough money imo for Rend to actually take out vehicles so I think I'd prioritize just straigh damage instead.
