Ark Angel is only there for its activating capabilities. With the events being only 0 cost you are allowed to focus all of your resources on getting out vehicles. upgrades (besides chance cube) are there for keeping your characters alive longer. Chance Cube is a play only one card. Do not play two at once or you will not get any supports out that turn. unless they roll resources.
