Jabba the Hutt - The Great and Mighty and Thrawn - Master Strategist mill deck!!

Jabba the Hutt - The Great and Mighty with Fast Hands and any of the big upgrades, Blackmail, Vibroknucklers, & of course Crime Lord is insane. You can resolve the dice before you have they have a chance to mitigate or with Blackmail give you the resource. Also, you can 'stack' the abilities so you re-roll a yellow dice with Jabba's ability and then resolve it with fast hands.

1 Mulligan hard for Fast Hands! It is key to the success of the deck.

Hopefully Taking Ground will allow you to win the battlefield roll. You want to be claiming a lot - the ability is great on Command Center - Lothal & 4 of your cards 2 Dug in & 2 Superior Position require it.

The deck takes some work to pilot. Make lots of resources with Thrawn - Master Strategist, Hound's Tooth, Chance Cube & then work on discarding their hand with your upgrades. By turn 3 or 4 or so you should have a lot of resources for a big Buy Out play.
