Been experimenting with Mill for the first time and playing with Anakin has been really interesting! Looking for suggestions.
Getting out Anakin Skywalker's Podracer in round 1 is really key. Anie's ability leads to phenomenal consistency for discarding. And Cassian Andor - Rebellion Operative is a force. Clandestine Operation is great if you can have at least 3 still in your pool.
Earlier version of this deck had Trusted Informant instead of Jedi Acolyte. I'm not seeing huge gains with one vs. the other but having some blue cards is nice, especially Strength Through Weakness, as I don't find myself starving for resources, usually. In the ~2 games I've played, Jedi Acolyte was OK; never really hit that coveted discard side with Cassian Andor - Rebellion Operative out, though the 1 was decent.
Considering adding Don't Get Cocky as a way to make sure my sides get used effectively; I've found myself in rounds where there's no hand to discard.
Rebel late-game for mitigation (Entangle, Easy Pickings) is stellar.

Mistake on my part. I used to run Rieekan/Padme/Jedi Instructor. I always wanted to run it with Jedi Acolyte but the points didn't work. Good luck with your Cassakin Mill! |
I play a lot of mill and worry that Anakin is too easy to kill with 7 health. If you're finding ways to keep him and/or Cassian alive, Con Artist is good. If Jedi Instructor is staying alive, Force Meditation is a safer play with similar effect. Don't run two of each because it slows the deck down too much, although you may be getting enough resources it could work. Bartering can also be useful for generating card draw (like Don't Get Cocky), but its resource generation seems superfluous in this deck.
