Straightforward DJ deck with lots of removal and good upgrades. Snoke just makes everyone better, just like the movies! His tough love encourages everyone to work just a little bit harder, +2 to be exact!
Common play with this deck is to get a Resource side with DJ round 1 and take 3 resources with Snoke's PA. Then follow up with a 3 and 1 cost Upgrade.
Another fun combo is Underhanded Tactics, Snoke's Focus sides, and an Upgrade Special (Canto Bight Pistol or (Force Wave . Resolve Special side of Tactics, use the extra resolve on Snoke's Focus to get your other specials, and keep resolving specials.
Small card breakdown:
Upgrades- Bartering: This deck needs money for the removal and upgrades and bartering almost always provides just that. The focus and discard sides aren't bad either. Canto Bight Pistol: Just a sold redeployable upgrade that can do serious damage. Also, redeploy is really helpful in Snoke decks since he support tends to be the first target, so you can guarantee keeping it around. (Force Wave: With the prevalence of 3+ wide decks in Trilogies (Vehicles, Mills, etc), you need damage fast. Also, DJ's ability tends to be much weaker against wide teams since they can spread damage. Force Wave is great against even 2 person teams. But if they are down to one, just don't resolve the die or overwrite it with the pistol. Mandalorian Vambraces: This was original a Force Stasis, but I forgot the die and threw this in. It still fits as it gives you extra damage output, has no blanks, and counts as an "odd" card for Rift Valley - Dathomir. Underhanded Tactics: This is just a great 1 cost upgrade. Supports DJ's range, the special can speed up your play, and it adds another discard side should you need to strip a hand.
Support- Streetwise: Obvious inclusion as it makes all the yellow events that much better to play.
Events- I am not going to break down every event as they are either obvious removal or utility (Vandalize. Free-For-All is just a game ender and worked wonders in my eTalzin/eDJ build (https://swdestinydb.com/decklist/view/21790/m-m-mothermayi4-0ttdtrilogytournamentinlouisville-1.0). Though, I find it less useful here since the dice tend to be much better. May take it out.
Going forward, I think this team will be a powerful force in Trilogies and Standard next year. Even is Snoke gets put on the BotF, unless they increase him by 2+, this team up will still work.
