Cassian/Ackbar - maybe competitive? 1.0

Do I think this is good against everything right now? Nah but yeah I bet it's fun which we NEED to compensate for the angry that this game brings lol

Would Ascension Gun not fit well since it has discard faces to trigger Ackbar? Along those lines, why not run Taking Ground to ensure that your War-Torn Streets Battleground is NOT the one in the game, which gets you one more shield than Fortify would, and then you could use C-3PO (who also has a discard face) to activate specials on things like Ascension Gun and Maz's Goggles, as well as keeping your opponent guessing as to whether a 3 on a gun die will be damage or will clear out his hand AND do damage. If you build that way, it might also be entertaining to run Command Center so the special on Ascension Gun becomes "mill for 2," which increases your options with Cassian dramatically and syncs well with a discard strategy. Do any cards exist that combine ranged damage and discard like Close Quarters Assault does for melee damage?

@Fredpswartzyeah ascension gun would totally fit. The deck isn't a mill deck, so probably not command center but I was thinking something like jedi temple to get the probe-like effect

Agreed that Jedi Temple is infinitely better than War-Torn Streets for this deck. The mill-kill angle might be worth a look just for the added stress it would put on your opponent. I mean, how many cards does a mill deck need to hit each round? With Command Center you could hit 4 each round with little to no effort, 8 if you managed to get two specials on Ascension Guns and specifically took shields at the beginning to enable that.

That said, I think I've actually just convinced myself that the new Leia and Cassian with Espionage would be the ultimate mill combo. Keep it focused on damage, after all. Ackbar is better for that.
