This is the deck I took to second place at the Store Championship at Dreamers Vault in St. Louis Park, MN. 3-1 in swiss with no top cut, only 16 Players.
In the land of Mill, I find that being able to deal damage in different ways (other than by resolving dice) is what will help you win games. This deck is designed to pump out massive amounts of indirect damage to the tune of 8-10 damage even after my opponent's mitigation.
0-0-0 is the key to this and any Aphra deck. This card allows you to better combo with BT-1 and removal cards like By Any Means and Crash Landing.
Free-For-All has been an MVP card for me as it has won me many games with this deck, especially with Ark Angel being able to bring in 3 dice in to the pool at once, or four with the Testing Procedure combo. The following are the results:
Round 1 - eObi-Wan Kenobi - Mysterious Hermit/eMaz Kanata - Pirate Queen - Win. Thish matchup started rough, with Obi rolling double 3's and a +3 on the ancient saber round 1. But through mitigation, that was the only damage he dealt the rest of the game. I was able to get my set up of supports right away to defeat him by the end of round 3 without losing a character.
Round 2 - eYoda - Wizened Master/Cassian Andor - Rebellion Operative/Anakin Skywalker - Podracing Prodigy - Win. Next up was the famed Millacolypse deck. This was a really close game, that came down to a clutch Free-For-All Play. I had resolved damage with Tarkin, leaving him with 4 damage left and me with 4 dice in the pool. My opponent resolved a recourse die instead of removing one of my dice, and I played free-for-all for the win. Told you it was clutch!
Round 3 - eYoda - Wizened Master/eCassian Andor - Rebellion Operative (Prof. Connections) - Win. Next up was Aggro Mill. This ended up coming down to the final round again, but this time I was down to 1 card in hand, and resolved a clutch disrupt side to prevent the Hyperspace jump. after that I pitched to reroll, with cassian showing a discard side, and was able to hit matching sides for Tarkin's power action for the win.
Round 4 - eDoctor Aphra - Artifact Hunter/Executioner/Executioner - Loss. Final match was a battle of Aphras! His deck revolved around maximizing damage from support cards like Climate Disruption Array and Backup Muscle. In the end he had more health to survive the massive damgage outputs of both decks and I went out in style by activating BT-1 to kill myself. It was close, but not as close as I would have hoped.
Overall I was really happy to take second! We hope to cover this deck and other shenanigans our group has been trying on our new podcast!

Thanks so much. I’ve been attempting to make this work for a while. I do wonder if a ramp up with mandalorian braces in a mill meta might help.
