Round 1 - Poe2/Hondo - Win
Round 1 was probably the most stress game I had all day. Snoke died quite early, I was able to Dark Ritual him back, but the start of the next round my opponent Hit and Run Poe into enough damage to take out Snoke again. Last round of the game I had Thrawn on 11/12 health and my opponent had Hondo on 7/10 health with Cunning and 2 supports Y-Wing, C-3PO. I had claimed so my first action was to roll out Hailfire Droid Tank and was able to roll the 3 indirect, My opponent used Attack Run and rolled out the Y-Wing, lucky for me it roll the 2 disrupt.
Round 2 - Rose/Jedha/Jedha - Loss
I had never tested against Rose/Jedha/Jedha, and I underestimated Long-Term Plan. In hindsight I should of focused on the Jedha's first, their ability discarded a lot of my supports and by the last round I had no deck, 1 card in hand, Thrawn was dead and I only had 2 supports out Z-95 Headhunter and Kylo Ren's Starfighter. Lost via mill.
Round 3 - Poe1/Maz (1 die Maz) - Win
This was the first time I was able to get AT-ST out (Round 1 I believe), Took Poe1 out end of round 2 and the Maz followed in Round 3.
Round 4 - Talzin/Commando/Commando - Win
Last round came down to Thrawn on 9/12 health, Snoke dead and my opponents characters all alive with only 6 health remaining across all of them. I had Ground Battalion out and Scorched Earth in my hand, I activated Ground Battalion to take the battlefield, my opponent rolled out both commandos putting 6 dice in his pool, I used Scorched Earth for the win.
Top 4 - Luke3/Rey2 - Win - 2/0
Both games came really close, using Thrawn's ability to call 2 or 0 really helped getting weapons, 0 cost removal and Synchronicity. 2nd game my opponent split damage between Thrawn and Snoke to prevent the Dark Ritual and the last round he wasn't able to get enough damage on Luke with Makashi Training to kill both my characters at once, he discard his whole hand looking for damage.
Finals - Poe2/Hondo - Win - 2/0
Same opponent from Round 1. These 2 games went a lot smoother for me, I was able to ramp resources to pay Hondo and get out 5-6 supports each game.
