I've had some decent success with this deck. It has potential to hit hard with indirect damage, and uses a few potent upgrades and vehicles with the help of Wedge, and of course Long Term Plan.
Roll Wedge first, in case his +side shows. Otherwise, try and resolve dice quickly to try and use the Comm Tower with your last die.
By turn 3, you will likely have a vehicle in play and be unlikely to claim, but then LTP will be taking up the slack.
