I know most people doing Greivous decks right now are focusing on droids with the new General Grievous - Droid Armies Commander, but I noticed the Punch Dagger and Bacta Therapy and realized they make the old General Grievous - Fearsome Cyborg more playable.
I'm actually not sure about the plot. I think I only actually used a move event from it once in 3 games. I may switch to Retribution, since people are always removing Greivous's dice. But 3 games isn't exactly a huge sample size.
