The strong synergy between Qi'ra & Jabba abilities will help filtering the events from the deck to get Entourage (and other Scoundrel supports).
Playing Vilain & Hero Events provides a LOT of removal. Mean Streets - Correlia also help paying mitigation like In The Crosshairs and Entangle (if Deja Vu is ready). But don't forget that this deck can make a lot of money with those +2r sides.
Free-For-All is a strong finisher with all the low cost upgrade in this deck. It will be stronger when Hired Muscle will be included.
Qi'Ra - Street Savvy should be the first target, so you should make sure that you protect her when you can. I was thinking about adding LL-30 Blaster Pistol, but Ordnance Launcher feels a bit stronger in this build.
As soon as I get 2x Hired Muscle, I will update this decklist.

Challenges:
I can see some challenges against mill and FAT vehicles decks. I may need to add an extra Vandalize in this case.
