This deck can mill from the deck really fast, but can have issues closing the game and getting the last few cards from hand. Mandalorian Vambraces are included as an anti-mill tech so that you have a chance against faster mill decks. T-16 Skyhopper with Laser Cannon is a fun combo that can help guarantee the partisan triggers.
Overall a fun gimmick deck to play!
You could go Ploo Partisan Partisan for 4 indirect mill each round too, and you wouldn't have to use Allies.
