This is the deck Ian and I worked on, Samucca piloted in a couple of regionals and I took all the way to the win in the biggest regional we had here in Brazil, in Sao Paulo, June 29th.
The deck idea started back when Snoke still PA'd resources, but developed after that. The biggest strength using Jabba is his ability to search for Delve, money making events and, the latest adition, Barter With Blood. Barter with Blood was added as a way to better deal with mill matchups, but we later also found it very useful against other decks (like Shadowcaster reset before de Caster was out).
Wat Tambor - Techno Union Foreman's PA with Entourage is bananas and I've yet to loose a game I managed to get both Entourages and a Fickle out r1.
Senate Chamber was included to server as extra focus sides if Jabba was down early, but also as a potential target to Wat's PA. Vigilance was a last call in one of the extra slots, and the only time it worked for me, it shutout a Caster round.
If I'd change anything, I'd like to have more yellow removal. Except I didn't like the feel of any of them when testing. Entangle came close, but I'd rather have Beguile against a god roll. Jabba The Hutt - Influential Kingpin was often the target, so Electroshock and Risky Move were disconsidered and not many great options remained...
