As exciting as Motti is for villain mill, I think Sly Moore - Aide to the Emperor is worth reconsidering. Their dice and abilities are very similar. Both have two sides that can discard, and both can combine discard with dice control. Motti's double discard side is really appealing, but I think there's probably enough tools to destroy a hand already (if Sly doesn't hit discard, she'll hit focus and turn Wullf to the double discard).
In addition to the blue villain removal events, Sly gets you access to Clever Distraction and Bardottan Sphere. She can be especially strong if paired with Force Focus.
Sly also gives you an advantage over Retribution decks, and is probably the better choice against another mill deck since Motti's ability becomes a wash unless you're removing a 2 discard side.
