This is the first mill deck I've built for the $10 decks. Mostly, that's because many people do not like playing with or against them. A select few, however, love the idea of grinding their opponent into dust while thwarting everything they're trying to do. For those people I present, Grindstone.
This deck is trying to use shields to stay alive while using those same shields to fuel General Rieekan's ability to mill the opponent every time. Alongside Rieekan you're pushing more cards directly into the grumper with Jedi Council, Jedi Temple, and Con Artist. To deal with the cards already in their hand we have Bespin Wing Guard and Tough Haggler.
This deck runs some interesting cards you won't see too many other places. Standoff shines by giving you 3 for 1 with no drawback. Karabast! and Tico Pendant will help you push damage onto the Vengeful Wookiee which they will then have to spend even more damage on to prevent him going nuts with the removal.
