The Idea here is simple. Shield up while working on discarding the opponents deck. The game starts with only 25 cards to burn through and a decent amount of tools to do it already. Every trigger of the battlefield Command Center brings you almost 10% closer to your goal.

You will need Rogues and force to do this, Padme Amidala is obviously the first place to start with her special on 2 sides of the dice, 2 focus and discard from the opponents hand all being a part of your win condition. The credit side helps as this deck has lots of money hungry cards. So her entire dice is beneficial. Qui-Gon Jinn is needed because he gives you access to force cards that are both defensive and push the discard theme as well as the patience event. Qui-Gon Jinn also rewards you for over-shielding which you will be prone to doing in the early game and allow you to always benefit from shield results no matter what. He also has the most defense on his dice giving you much needed survivability.

Your upgrades provide defense and Second Chance prevents a sudden shocking burst of damage from ending you as can happen easily in Destiny. They also focus your Padme Amidala dice to specials or resolve Padme Amidala special like Cunning or give you large shield results. Thermal Detonator and Mind Probe give you solutions to end game situations where opponents just keep their hand for fear of losing. You drop them down and with your focus upgrades or Padme Amidala you get a focus result to flip Mind Probe, Thermal Detonator, Millenium Falcon and to a lesser extent Cunning and Force Protection to the discard Result. Game Over.

Situational cards:

Street Informants and Jedi Council work well as you can see what they have before you give them a card every turn. Street Informants also lets you stall an action if you would desire with an action that doesn't put your dice out into the pool.

Hyperspace Jump gets you back onto Command Center if the opponent denies you your battlefield.

The Game is still very young and this is just the first brainstorming of this deck. If your opponent gets frustrated with the discard, simply let them know that you are looking for Jar Jar Binks in their deck to complete your collection of Prequel characters. If they claim he doesn't exist let them know you are just being thorough.

Love this Deck! But isn't BB8 unique, so you can't take 2 of him? I'd suggest swapping him out for a second Hyperspace Jump - having Command Centre in this deck looks massive so a second would improve your draw odds considerably.

BB8 is unique yes but you cannot have two of him in play at once. You can still run two of him in the deck though.
