I don't know that this deck will have what it takes to be tier one by any stretch of the imagination, but man it looks fast and fun. Your obvious worry is Crime Lord but there's enough removal and control to hopefully stay alive for a bit, and with the damage potential it could be a high risk/high reward deck.
