A lot of cards of Awakenings are missing (I don't own them), so you'll likely want some redeploy/ambush guns from the first set to open with a gun on Baze Malbus.
Secret Facility is a that let you claim early and have the initiative during the first turns (it also has synergy with Outmaneuver and Planetary Uprising). It's also a great way of making the enemy claim fast so you can have a lot of "free turns" to play your stuff.
