Rainbow Unkar Mill, I hope it works. It doesnt have the survivability of hero Mill. But, maybe you can slow them enough with Imperial Inspection and Salvage Stand.
Additionally if you have the battlefield and Fast Hands on Unkar Plutt - Junk Dealer you can roll in and get rid of all their resources before then can even take an action.
