This deck abuses the Second Chance and Ammo Belt combo. Cheat is there to get either of those cards back into your hand.
The Starship Graveyard - Jakku is to get any upgrade/support back onto the top of your deck. It is particularly good at keeping your combo going.
New Orders is there to ensure you having your battlefield.
C-3PO is a beast at having the specials go off on any of your dice. Especially if you get Rocket Launcher or Thermal Detonator into play. Remember, you can get them in for 1 credit if you replace Holdout Blaster with one of them.
There's a lot of damage in this deck. I just don't know if ePoe/eMaz combo is better than ePoe/eRey or not. Still trying to figure that out.
