Guns on Maz if they focus Poe and try to get 1 or 2 of the big supports out with Poe before he dies. If they focus down Maz get guns and Fast Hands on Poe to have a strong mid game to finish. Cycle through Poe's special to do U-Wing 2 damage special and pick it back up with Starship Graveyard - Jakku to rinse and repeat.
Roll out Poe first. Roll out Maz next and have fun chucking upgrades and supports for damage.
