It's basically a mill list, you put the survival gear on Ackbar to help him stay alive. Getting launch bay early is wonderful, especially with BB-8, because if you do it right, you can mill his whole hand with BB8's focus's and the launch bay's discard. Scout's special helps with getting rid of the opponent's hand. Basically give the weapons to the troopers, and just play the cards right.
