After first testings, I changed my oppinion towards the Ninth Sister. She can hit like a truck and the team plays really nice. With this deck you can blank dice for days and the Second didter is very versitily. You can also use her special to generate 3 recourses. If you get her with Niman Mastery + Shii-Cho Training it gets awesome.
